The thesis
The current wave of agent tooling is engineer-shaped. You compose a runtime, you pick a model, you write a framework, you debug context windows. That's useful if you're building a product; it's a barrier if you're an ops lead who just wants an agent to triage inbound leads.
CloudSwarm ships as a point-and-click builder. The infrastructure is already opinionated. The skills catalog is already populated. The trust model and policy engine are already wired. Your job is to tell it what you want done.
How it's different from a chat interface
Chat is a conversation. Agents are persistent. An agent has a cadence, a skill bundle, a policy envelope, and an audit log. It runs whether you're awake or not. You can promote it from L0 (shadow) to L4 (trusted autonomous) as it earns your trust.
Chat is synchronous. Agents are asynchronous by construction. Chat has no concept of budget, trigger, or approval. Agents have all three as first-class primitives.
What sits under the hood
CloudSwarm is a consumer-shaped face on a stack of first-party pieces, all open-source core runtimes and commercial services:
R1
The agent runtime. Subprocess-model, verification-descent. Under every CloudSwarm agent.
Heroa
The hosting substrate. Canadian region backs CanadianClaw; global regions back CloudSwarm standard.
RelayGate
Durable proxy between agents and third-party APIs. Retries, rate limits, replay.
Actium
On-brand copy and campaign orchestration.
DeepTap
Web research, KB search, competitor intelligence.
Veritize
Citation-grounded fact-check and PII scrubbing.
TrueCom
Agent-safe payment rails with spend ceilings and reversibility.
CanadianClaw
The sovereign BC-Canadian variant of this product. Read the page.
Good Ventures
CloudSwarm is built by Good Ventures, a venture studio that ships products in the agent era. The portfolio composes: every product stands on its own and every product plays well with the others.
